We believe we must meet the challenge of equipping the next generation to be strong in the
Word, knowing who they are in Christ, and becoming leaders for such a time as this, so they
can be World Changers!
We believe loving and trusted leaders are of utmost importance. Ministry teams and nursery
workers are carefully screened and trained to be the most effective teachers possible.

The women's ministry at RWC is designed to bring richness to women's lives through the
Word of God and relationships with other women. Throughout the year events are held, and
ongoing Bible studies and fellowships are scheduled to promote these goals. See the

Our mission is to help believers stand firm in Christ in the midst of the spiritual battles of life
by promoting biblically balanced spiritual warfare training, counseling, and discipleship. This
"Steps" has been documented in a recent study at the University of Texas, which found that
individuals who had gone through the "Steps of Freedom" reported 40 to 50 percent
improvement in their feelings of depression and anxiety (amongst others), after a 2 to 3
month time-span. RWC participates as Ministry Associates with the Freedom In Christ
Ministries. Through the discipleship program at RWC, the counselee gains freedom In
Christ and learns how to maintain that freedom.
